Sizing & Fit

How does Mr Winston sizing run?

Mr Winston is cut to the modern Australian streetwear standard — sized one up from a fitted equivalent. The standard Puff Hoodie runs to a relaxed regular fit at your usual size, with drape if you size up by one. The Boyfriend Puff Hoodie is already cut a size larger in the body and shoulders by design, so most customers stay with their usual size on the Boyfriend cuts. Fitted t-shirts run true to size; slouchy and lounge tees run a full size oversized.

What if I’m between sizes?

Two rules. Want the silhouette to drape with extra room — size up. Want the silhouette to follow the shoulder line for a closer profile — take your usual size. The Cropped Crewnecks are the exception: sizing up extends the body length and works against the cropped intent, so most customers stay with their usual size on those.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take across Australia?

Standard tracked shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days from dispatch for most metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra). Regional Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania can run 1–2 business days longer. Tracking is sent to your email at dispatch on every order.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders ship on the next business day. Specific dispatch cutoffs are confirmed at checkout based on the option selected.

Do you ship internationally?

The primary market is Australia. International shipping to New Zealand and select other regions may be available depending on the piece — international rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout if your destination is supported.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s the returns window?

30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Full conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes, subject to stock availability. Email info@mrwinstonco.au with your order number and exchange request before sending the original piece back. We’ll confirm stock and provide return instructions.

What if the piece arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered under your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law — we replace, repair, or refund per those rights at no cost to you.

Payment, Care & General

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and standard digital wallets are supported through our SSL-encrypted checkout. Card data is processed by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.

How do I care for a Mr Winston puff hoodie?

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out to protect the puff branding, line dry in shade. Avoid tumble drying and never iron directly over the raised print. The branding is heat-cured to bond into the fabric face — cared for correctly, it survives years of wash cycles.

Will pastel colourways fade in the Australian sun?

Pastel cottons are more sun-sensitive than darker dyes. Line drying in shade rather than direct sun preserves colour longer, especially for the Baby Pink, Baby Blue and Cloud Grey pieces. Cold wash with similar colours also reduces fade over time.

Do you restock sold-out colourways?

Core colourways are restocked when possible. Seasonal drops, limited editions and discounted end-of-cycle pieces (Costanza Cherry, Mermaid Jemima, current Cropped Crewneck discounts) typically don’t return in the same colourway. If a specific size is in stock at a discounted price, it’s usually a one-shot decision rather than something to come back to later.
